What happens when you rehumanize the way teams and organizations work together?
At CorpDev Strategies, we use applied improv to help teams and organizations strengthen communication, adaptability, and collaboration; while re-humanizing how people work together.
Our work translates core improv principles into practical, workplace-ready tools that help people speak confidently in the moment, think clearly under pressure, and connect more effectively as humans first, not just roles or titles. By embedding these practices into company culture, we equip teams to navigate change with agility, foster trust, and drive stronger business outcomes through more authentic and effective communication.

FAQs
What exactly is applied improv and how is this different from “team-building”?
1
Applied improv uses evidence-based principles (psychological safety, nonverbal communication, adaptive leadership) to improve how people communicate, collaborate, and make decisions under pressure. Teams leave with tools they can use immediately, not just a good memory.
Do participants need to be “on,” funny, or comfortable performing?
2
No. This is not comedy training. Exercises are structured, facilitated, and focused on participation, not performance. The work meets people where they are.
How many people can you work with at once?
3
We work with groups from 10 to 150+. Larger groups are supported with layered facilitation or breakout structures to keep engagement high.
